We provide onsite staff at each qualified event to assist with anything and everything you need.
Guests make their reservations at the custom online booking portal or over the phone. We provide a reservation phone line that is open 75 hours/week. We guarantee that one of our friendly and efficient reservationists will answer and assist with anything that is needed, from a new reservation, to a change, to a cancelation, to a question about a hotel. Guests will not need to call hotels directly for any reason.
We are all team players here at TRAVELING TEAMS®, individual staff members and teams are assigned to specific events. This is just how we do things here. It ensures that all questions are answered with accuracy and relevancy, and quality service is delivered.
Our team will proactively call each group leader to initiate the room blocking process. We will speak in detail with each group leader about the needs of their team in order to get them into the right hotel. We will give each group leader one point of contact who will be their only point of contact throughout the entire process, and personally call each individual who makes a room block request (on the same business day, where applicable). No other housing company does this!
Hotels enjoy working with us because everything is done for them. We field all reservations and send them rooming lists prior to check-in. We provide one point of contact for hotels and they can access reservation data anytime upon request. We continue to take all new reservation requests, changes and cancelations for the hotel up until the day of arrival.
