Approximately 17 years ago in Northville, MI, TRAVELING TEAMS® was founded on the simple concept of service. Service is and has always been the #1 one priority in everything we do. We decided from the beginning that TRAVELING TEAMS® will serve only youth sports. No corporate travel… No leisure travel… No other type of travel… Only youth sports! Over the years, we have invested heavily in technology to support great service to the tournament; the tournament director, the participants, the hotels, and the CVBs. Customer Service Rep
The purpose of the reservationist position is to interact with our future hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience with each of our thousands of hotel properties.
Department Manager of Inside Sales
The Outbound Call Center Manager oversees the daily running and management of a call center, overseeing a sales team, meeting any sales targets and the development and training of call center staff.
Director of Account Management – Travel Industry
We’re looking for someone to provide leadership and direction to a team of Account Managers to ensure group results for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Event Planner
The Event Manager is responsible for ensuring successful events through quality hotel contracting, client engagement and event management.
HR Coordinator HR Coordinator
Responsibilities include performing HR related duties on a professional level including payroll, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, tracking, ADP Total Source administration, employee relations, performance management and policy implementation.
Reservations Supervisor
The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the reservations department during their scheduled shift, including call center operations, special and last minute requests, and service recovery.
Team Travel Coordinator
You will assist teams by providing them knowledge of their areas of travel, provide a variety of hotel solutions, develop long term relationships with team leaders and coaches, and provide the ultimate customer service experience for every team.
